Journalists’ gives memorandum to Health Minister for Benefits under Health Insurance Scheme

Chandigarh, June 20 (Punjab Post Bureau) – A delegation of Punjab and Chandigarh Journalists Union today gave memorandum to the Health and Family Welfare Minister Mr. Balbir Singh Sidhu to provide benefits to accredited journalist under Health Insurance Scheme.

Disclosing this here an Official Spokesperson said that the Health and Family Welfare Minister Mr. Balbir Singh Sidhu assured the delegation that the Punjab government would consider this matter sincerely. Mr. Balwinder Singh Jammu, President of Punjab and Chandigarh Journalists Union, Mr. Jai Singh Chibber, Secretary, Mr. Herkanwaljit Singh, Senior Journalist, Mr. Ashwani Chawla Member, Mr. Gurupdesh Singh Bhullar were present on the occasion.
