Diwali Celebrations in SGHPS School

Amritsar, Oct 26 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Blooming Artist of Sri Guru Harkrishan Sr. Sec. Public School exhibit their talent on the eve of Diwali with the excitement of the festive season in the air, Intra class activities were conducted for the students of grade VII to X of SGHPS School, G.T Road in their respective classroom under the supervisor of class teachers.  Students of Grade VII & VIII displayed their talent by ornamenting candles and earthen lamps. Grade IX students were involved in Thali Decoration which presented a beautiful spectacle that eyes feast on using creativity and imagination students of Grade X came up with awful Rangoli designs on the floor. Bhag Singh Ankhi along with Principal Dr. Dharam Veer Singh and Headmistress applauded the efforts of blooming artists and said that such kinds of activities offer a platform where the students get an opportunity to showcase their crafting skills. It was children’s zeal and vigour that motivated them to merge themselves in this light and enjoy before the festival.
