Seminar on ‘Mind Your Mind’ Held at DAV Public School

Amritsar, July 13 (Punjab Post Bureau) –  DAV Public School, Lawrence Road organised a seminar on ‘ Mind Your Mind’ for the teachers of the school in the Urvi Auditorium. Around 300 teachers of the school participated in it.  Ms.Vanddana Bhargave from Delhi was the facilitator for the seminar. She is a Numerologist and Behavioural Karmic Regression Therapist. She started her spiritual journey with Reiki healing and moved on to Karmic Numerology and Angel therapy . She has specialised in Clinical Hypnotherapy and also practises. Crystal Therapy and Vastu. She was accompanied by two other delegates, Mrs.Mahalaxmi and Mrs. Vanita. The seminar was based on the realisation of the power of the subconscious mind and how can it be utilised to increase efficiency and productivity. She talked about the stages of development of mind. She explained the technique of meditation, which was performed by the teachers to manage anger and release negative emotions. She talked about clearing the blockages in the path of success and self realisation.  The seminar was very informative and teachers actively participated in it. Many queries related to conscious and sub-conscious mind, inner healing and meditation were taken up. The aim of the seminar was to create a life of awareness, to identify oneself and make life liveable and lovable. Regional Director Punjab Zone –A (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra and the Manager of the school, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Principal DAV College Amritsar welcomed the initiative of the school for arranging a seminar for the realisation ones inner self. They added that it was very important for everyone to know ones potential and be conscious ones abilities. Dr .Neera Sharma Principal of the school sent her best wishes for the facilitator and  thanked her for her time. She added that mediation can do wonders to manage ones anger and emotions. She advised everyone to take out some time every day for meditation.
