KCW students shine in varsity results

Amritsar, August 5 (Punjab Post Bureau) – The students of PG Department of Commerce and Management, Khalsa College for Women (KCW) have brought laurels to the institution by bagging top merit positions in the University examinations. Simarpreet Kaur of M.Com secured 1^st position in Amritsar district and 2^nd position in the University. She has also cleared UGC (JRF) fellowship test. Another student of M.Com. Tanveer Kaur got distinction.

            Nidhi Thakur of B.Com(R) bagged 2^nd position in the University, Sandeep Kaur of B.Com(P) got 9^th position, Komal of PGDFS secured the 3^rd position and Amandeep Kaur from B.Voc (Retail Management and IT) got the 1^st position. Navpreet Kaur of B.Com (R)-IV attained the 8^thposition. Talking to the merit holders, they said that they owe their success to the co-operation and efforts of their teachers. Principal Dr. Sukhbir Kaur Mahal and the Head, Dr. Suman Nayyar appreciated the hard work of the meritorious students and congratulated them on the achievements .
