BBK DAV College for Women oranizes Sandhyakalin Vedic Havan

Amritsar, Aug. 29 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Arya Yuvti Sabha, BBK DAV College for Women, Amritsar organized Sandhyakalin Vedic Havan to seek the blessings of the Almighty for the beginning of hostel’s new session 2017-18. In her address, Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia inspired the students to imbibe the qualities, such as, punctuality, high moral values, hard work, discipline and positive thinking. Emphasizing the significance of havan, she motivated them to make it the part of their daily life so as to eradicate evils and ailments. She further highlighted the remarkable contribution of Swami Dayanand & Mahatma Hansraj toward enlightening the society through education. She also honoured the students who bagged the top positions in May 2017 examination of GNDU. Students, teaching and non-teaching staff of the college participated in the havan with divine zeal and enthusiasm.
