New Delhi, Sept. 10 (Punjab Post Bureau) – The Member of Parliament  Prof. Prem Singh Chandumajra administering the New India Pledge to the officials and farmers, at the “Sankalp Se Siddhi” programme organized by  ICAR- Indian Insitute of Soil and Water Conservation, Research Centre, Chandigarh and Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Mohali at Chandigarh.
