DAV Cadets participated in Traffic Control Programme

Amritsar, Sept. 15 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Under the guidance of Police Commissioner S.S Srivastav\ 30 Students of DAV College controlled the traffic simultaneously for two days at Novelty Chownk and SSSS Chownk under Traffic control programme. This programme was conducted under supervision of Harjit Singh Dhaliwal, ADCP Traffic and Sarabjeet Singh Bajwa, ACP Traffic.

The main motive of this programme was to make citizens aware about traffic rules. During this Programme, Cadets motivated citizens about importance of wearing helmet while driving and to drive at slow speed for their safety. Commissioner along with Principal DAV College Amritsar appreciated the efforts of college students.  Captain Kamal Kishore NSS Officer DAV College along with Paramjeet Singh Head District Traffic Education Cell was also present during the programme.
