One day Talk on ‘Minding the minds life Hacks’ organized at DAV College

Amritsar, Feb. 2 (Punjab Post Bureau) – PG Department of Physics DAV College organized an inspiring talk on the topic “Minding the minds life Hacks” for MSc Physics and BSc Semester II students on 1^st and 2^nd February, 2019. Mr Sourabh Kapoor was the speaker who is area teacher coordinator of Art of living foundation. Principal Dr Rajesh Kumar congratulated Dr Sameer Kalia, Head department of Physics for organizing such sessions that help students to relax from their burdened schedule. He also motivated students to participate in mind enhancing activities. Dr Sameer Kalia, Head Department of Physics emphasized that the students should interact more with the teachers and their peers. While speaking on the occasion, Mr Sourabh emphasized the need of soft skills along with the domain skills. He made the students aware about the need of meditation and how it is useful in gaining success in every field of life.  Few mind enhancing activities were also conducted for the students as well as staff members. The students enjoyed this interactive session and many students enrolled for the workshop to be conducted from 4 feb to feb 7 at DAV College Amritsar.

            Dr Neeru Gupta, Dr. Rajesh Kumar, Dr Maninder Kaur, Dr Ajay Kumar, Dr Manpreet Kaur, Dr. Narinder Arora, Dr Rajiv Arora, Dr. Neerja Kalia, Dr.Vibha Chopra and Dr Jagdish were also present during the talk.
