NCC Cadet of DAV College participated in NCC Republic Day Camp

Amritsar, March 26 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Rahul Malhotra NCC Cadet (Naval Wing) DAV College Amritsar participated in NCC Republic day camp organized at New Delhi. During this camp, Rahul participated in ship Modeling and won gold medal during this. It is pertinent to mention that the cadets are selected through a tough selection process for this.

Cadet Tarish, Cadet Jagdish and Cadet Prabhat also participated in All India Nau Sainik Camp. After the participation in four camps the students are finally selected for this national level camp.  

Cadet Gurvinder Singh also participated in Attachment camp for Indian Naval Academy and Cadet Brigesh Verma, Abhi Randhawa and Riti also got Chance to participate in Various National level camps. 

 Principal Dr Rajesh Kumar admired the efforts of Captain Kamal Kishore for training the cadet’s fort various National Level Camps. He added appreciate cadets for their extraordinary performances during national level camps.

            On this occasion, Captain Kamal Kishore congratulated all the Cadets for their selection and participation in these camps.  He added that the cadets attending the camp also participate in a number of activities like cultural, National Integration Awareness Programme and Institutional Training Competitions and said the main aim of such camps is to enhance the self confidence of cadets, deepen their value systems and provide an exposure to the rich culture and traditions of our nation.
