Havan Marks the Beginning of the New Session

Amritsar, April 6 (Punjab Post Bureau) – To mark the beginning of the new academic session 2019-20  DAV Public School Lawrence Road organised a Havan. It was conducted right at the outset of the academic session to welcome students and bestow upon them the blessings of the Almighty for the year ahead. Excitement and enthusiasm was at high among the students where there was eagerness to meet the friends, new teachers and new schedule.

          Manager of the school Dr. Rajesh Kumar  was the Yajaman for the havan. He attended the havan and blessed the students to begin the academic year with new hopes and positive mindset. He inspired them to imbibe good moral values, learn to face challenges and never surrender to failures, but keep working hard. Regional officer Punjab Zone-A Dr. Neelam Kamra sent her best wishes to the students and blessed them with a grand and successful year ahead.

           Dr. Neera Sharma Principal of the school thanked the Chief guest Dr. Rajesh Kumar  for sparing his valuable time from his busy schedule. She addressed the students and told them that beginning of a new session is always an auspicious time- a time for new hopes and renewed dreams. She advised them to work hard and wished them good luck for their future endeavours.
