Chandigarh, Jan. 9 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Defence Accounts Pensioners Welfare Association celebrated New Year on Satureday at Meghdoot Bhawan of PCDA WC Chandigarh. Jaspal Singh President DAPWA showered his best wishes to the Members for Happy, Healthy & Prosperous life. Prof. O.P Sachdev Chief guest gave some valuable tips to the Members for keeping fit & healthy in the old age. R.K Sehgal I.D.A.S (Retd.) was also present  on the occasion.
