President Kovind giving Best Electoral Practice Award

New Delhi, Jan 25 (Punjab Post Bureau) – The President Shri Ram Nath Kovind giving away the Best Electoral Practice Award for outstanding performance in the conduct of elections, at the 10th National level function of the National Voters’ Day (NVD), in New Delhi on January 25, 2020.
