12 students from DAV College selected in Wipro Company

Amritsar, January 31 (Punjab Post Bureau) – 12 final year students from DAV College, Amritsar got selected for the post of Customer Support Specialist in Wipro Company with a salary package of 3.8 lakhs per annum.Five students from BCom, four from BSc. Computer Science, two from BCA and one student from BCA got selected by clearing different rounds in online and offline modes.

             The HR Team of the Wipro Company comprising Sr. Service Manager Mr. Anurup Barua, Training leader Mrs. Manju Sharma, HR Talent Acquisition Mr. Charanjit Singh and Mr. Anil Gusain conducted this placement drive.

              Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar said that it is a proud moment for the college. He along with Prof. Vikram Sharma Incharge of Placement Cell congratulated the selected students on this achievement.
