BBK DAV College for Women bags Top Positions in GNDU Exams

Amritsar, May 15 (Punjab Post Bureau) – BBK DAV College for Women, students brought laurels to the college by securing top positions in different vocational courses in Guru Nanak Dev University exams held in December 2019. In B.Voc Entertainment (Semester-1), Ravaldeep Kaur, Rashi Mehra and Lakshita Mahajan secured the top 3 positions respectively, in Semester 3, the top 3 positions went to Navjot Kaur, Namita Dass and Simran Adiwal respectively whereas the first 3 positions in Semester 5 were secured by Sanchita Gupta, Palika Seth and Kirandeep Kaur respectively. In B.Voc Fashion Tech (Semester 1), the 2^nd and 3^rd positions went to Sakshi Bala and Harleen Kaur respectively whereas the first two positions in Semester-3 were secured by Niharika and Jaspreet Kaur respectively. In Semester-5, Tamana and Palak Seth stood 1^st and 2^nd respectively. 

                     In addition to these results, the top two positions in B.Voc Beauty and Fitness (Semester-1) were secured by Simran Arora and Chahat Anand while Sidhi Verma and Gurroop Deep of Semester-3 bagged the first two positions respectively. The top position in B.Voc Retail Mgt (Semester-3) went to Janvi while Palak Kakkar of B.Voc Software Dev (Semester-3) stood second in the university. 

                   Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia Sharma felicitated the students on their prodigious achievements and blessed them to continue their distinguished performance in future as well.
