Healthcare institutions to remain open all 24 × 7 days

Kapurthala, September 3 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Deputy commissioner Kapurthala Deepti Uppal has ordered that the healthcare institutions like hospitals, laboratories, diagnostics centres, and chemist shops in the jurisdictions of district kapurthala have been allowed to operate on all 7 days by 24 hours till September 30.

            In the orders Deputy Commissioner under the powers vested of section 144 cr PC has said that the rest of the directions to remain the same as stipulated in the order issued on august 31.

               She also made it clear that any violation of these guidelines and the lockdown measures would invite strict action under section 51 to 60 of disaster Management act besides legal action under section 188 of IPC.
