Antim Ardas of Jathedar Giani Joginder Singh Vedanti on May 24

Amritsar, May 23 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Antim Ardas of former Jathedar Sri Akal Takht Sahib and Granthi of Sachkhand Sri Harmandar Sahib Giani Joginder Singh Vedanti who passed away on May 15, will be held at Gurdwara Sangrana Sahib Patshahi Chhevin on Tarn Taran Road on from 11 am to 1 pm on May 24.

              SGPC assistant secretary media Kulwinder Singh Ramdas on Saturday said that bhog of Sri Akhand Path Sahib would be held on the morning of May 24 at the residence of Jathedar Giani Joginder Singh Vedanti followed by Antim Ardas Samagam at Gurdwara Sangrana Sahib.

                He said that during the prayer function, SGPC president Bibi Jagir Kaur, Sachkhand Sri Harmandar Sahib head granthi Giani Jagtar Singh, Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib Giani Harpreet Singh, Jathedar of Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib Giani Raghbir Singh, and many representatives of organizations and prominent personalities of the Sikh Panth will pay homage and respect to Jathedar Vedanti.

                He said that the function would be brief due to Covid-19.
