Chief Khalsa Diwan decides to set up Free CKD Center for Competitive Exams

Amritsar, July 10 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Chief Khalsa Diwan has decided to set up Free CKD Center for Competitive Exams. In a held at the residence of CKD President Nirmal Singh CKD Educational Committee decided to set up Free CKD Center for Competitive Exams for the preparation of  Recruitment Examinations of Sub Inspectors and Constables in Punjab Police Department -2021. It is decided to provide free physical screening test training to the children in this center as well as free coaching by skilled and experienced teachers for the preparation of competitive exams. The registration of candidates in this regard will start from 12th July, 2021 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at CKD Institute of Management and Technology Amritsar and the students will be selected after a interview by a three members committee.  Nirmal Singh said that sometimes deserving students cannot fulfill their dream of occupying good positions just of lack of financial facilities. So money should not be an obstacle for their bright future. CKD is taking initiative through this center to take the children to their future destinations and special efforts are being made for the needy.

              Educational Committee Honorary Secretary Dr. Sarabjit Singh Chhina said that in view of covid-19 instructions, classes would be conducted online at present; however it would be shifted offline as soon as the government grants permission for the same.  But the physical training of the candidates will be conducted by the experts on a daily basis at Sri Guru Harkrishan International School Ranjit Avenue. CKD Schools Chairman Bhag Singh Ankhi, Members Prof. Bhupinder Singh Sethi, Prof. Dr. Joginder Singh Arora, Jaspal Singh Dhillon, Director Education Dr. Dharamvir Singh, Principal Rajiv Mahajan, Baldev Singh Sandhu, Prof. Jaideep Singh and others were also present.
