NCC Cadets from Amritsar Excel at Republic Rajpath Day Parade 

 Amritsar. February 12 (Punjab Post Bureau) – 9 NCC Cadets from various institutions in Amritsar represented NCC Group Amritsar during the Republic Day Celebrations and Prime Minister`s Rally at New Delhi.  These nine Cadets namely UO Anjali Sharma, SUO GauravVerma, CC Aman Pathania, UO Parvinder Kaur, UO Abhay,  UO Sahil Sharma, UO Gurpreet Singh, Cdt Sahil Bedi and Cdt Rubinderjit were selected out of 3 lakh NCC cadets under Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh & Chandigarh NCC Directorate.

             During the Republic Day Camp 2022 these cadets participated in various events like Marching on Rajpath, Prime Minister`s Rally, Line Area Competition and Cultural Events Competition. Cadets were happy to have got an opportunity to interact with NCC Cadets of other states and UTs during their stay at New Delhi. Their achievements were lauded today during a felicitation ceremony conducted at HQ NCC Group Amritsar

               The Cadets were felicitated by Brig Rohit Kumar, Group Commander, NCC Group Amritsar for their outstanding performance, during the Interaction, NCC Group Commander congratulated the Cadets and lauded their hard-work and commitment, despite facing acute challenges during the pandemic.
