Chief Khalsa Diwan observed martyrdom of Sri Guru Arjun Dev Ji

Amritsar, May 24 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Divine Kirtan rends the air of Chief Khalsa Diwan (CKD) Gurudwara Sri Kalghidhar Sahib as CKD observed the martyrdom day of fifth Guru Sri Guru Arjun Dev ji. After the bhog of Sri Sehaj Sahib rendition of religious melodious hymns  by Kirtani Jathas of Central Khalsa Orphanage  and various CKD Schools  created an aura of mysticism and spirituality. Afterwards Joint Secy. Sukhjinder Singh Prince read out the message sent by CKD President and Cabinet Minister Dr. Inderbir Singh Nijjar at this occasion.Through the message, Dr. Nijjar highlighted the importance of sweet cool Chhabheel installed at this pious gurpurab and inspired sangat to  lead the life in accordance with teachings of Guru sahib i.e bearing the virtues of tolerance, humility, sweetness in speech, living in the will of God,

Honorary secy. Swinder Singh Kathunangal, Resident President Santokh Singh Sethi , Prof. Suba Singh, Principal Mandeep Singh bowed down to the unparallel martyrdom of Guru sahib and put light on His  life and ideals. Thereafter devotees partook langar, Chilled and sweet Chhabeel was served to all devotees and passerby throughout the day.. . .
