KAUSA Trust organised an art exhibition ‘Fresh Strokes’

Amritsar, February 9 (Punjab Post Bureau) – KAUSA Trust Amritsar held an art exhibition “Fresh Strokes: The new Generation of Artistry” In this exhibition of young/ budding artist students of graduate and post graduate were included and their art work were displayed for ten days.

Rajesh Raina Secretary of KAUSA Trust mentioned that as per tradition of KAUSA Trust, this exhibition was free from any entry fee of other days. He said that KT: Kalã will continue to do such art activities in future too.

Dr. Sachin Saggar Principal of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College of Amritsar inaugurated the exhibition by enlighten the lamp on 09/02/2024 at KT: Kalã Museum Lawrence Road Extension Amritsar. The exhibition will remain open till 18/02/2024.

Director Brajesh jolly told that 66 art works are on display from 10 colleges of  Amritsar namely  BBK DAV College for Women, DAV College Amritsar, Hindu Sabha College, Khalsa College Amritsar, Khalsa College for Women, Khalsa College of Education G.T Road, Khalsa College of Education Ranjeet Avenue  and Anand College of Education.

The Principal and Head of fine arts departments of different colleges took been interest in first of its kind exhibition where budding artist are uplift and encourages.

On this occasion a Catalogues of this exhibition was also released by the chief guest. Participation certificate will also be given to all participants on the closing day of exhibition.

This effort of KAUSA Trust was highly appreciated by all especially the art fertility like, Dr. Lalit Gopal Parashar, Dr. Mehtab Kaur, Dr. Indu Sudhir, Prof. Viney Vaid, Prof Kamaljeet Kaur and many other dignities like Ms. Mala Chawla, B.S Nandu, Kulwant Gill, Nisha Ghai, Gursharan Kaur, Teena Sharma, Rajesh Parashar and others were also present on this occasion
