KAUSA Trust inaugurated ‘KT Punjab State Art Exhibition 2025’

Amritsar, November 30 (Punjab Post)  – KAUSA Trust inaugurated its much-awaited “KT Punjab State Art Exhibition 2025”, unveiling 140 artworks that span paintings, drawings, sculptures, digital art, graphics, and photography. These creations, gathered from artists across the state, will continue to illuminate the museum’s galleries until 7 December 2025.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Er. Ram Pal Chatrath Chief Engineer (Retd.) Irrigation Department Punjab, who praised the museum’s unwavering devotion to the arts. Describing the showcase as “a vibrant confluence of imagination and cultural identity,” he applauded the Trust for cultivating a space where creativity thrives with dignity and purpose.

Brajesh Jolly Director revealed that the museum received over 500 submissions, from which an expert jury curated the final selection of 140 noteworthy works. He told that 10 cash awards of 10,000 each for professional artists and 10 awards of 5000 for emerging talents, along with 20 Highly Commended Awards bestowed in recognition of artistic merit. Among the honoured artists from Amritsar were Aditya Bhatia, Gursharan Kaur, Kavi Chohan, Danish, Inderpreet Kaur, and Tegbir Singh.

Secretary Rajesh Raina welcomed the Chief Guest and dignitaries with a thoughtful and eloquent address. He highlighted the exhibition’s growing stature in Punjab’s art landscape. His dignified introduction of the Chief Guest rich in detail and respect set a graceful tone for the event.

Treasurer Dr. K.R Tuli expressed heartfelt gratitude to participating artists and reaffirmed KAUSA Trust’s dedication to nurturing creativity across regions and generations. A catalogue of selected artworks was released on the occasion adding scholarly value to the exhibition.

The event drew a distinguished audience, including Principal Rajni Arora, Dr. Lalit Gopal Parashar, Sumeet Dua, Kulwant Singh Gill, Dharminder Sharma, Bharti Malhotra, Narinder Singh, Aman Gill and Vanshika Luthra, alongside enthusiastic students from various universities and numerous art appreciators.
