International Women’s Day Celebrated at DAV Public School

Amritsar, March 11 (Punjab Post) – DAV Public School celebrated International Women’s Day with great enthusiasm and respect during the morning assembly. The celebration was organized to honor the strength, achievements, and contributions of women in society.

On the occasion, a special song was presented to honor the strength, resilience, and invaluable role of women in our lives. The soulful rendition created a warm and respectful atmosphere and served as a tribute to the spirit of womanhood.

The teachers also shared their thoughts on the significance of International Women’s Day, highlighting the importance of recognizing and appreciating the contributions of women in every sphere of life. They emphasized that the day serves as a reminder to promote respect, equality, and empowerment for women and to acknowledge their invaluable role in shaping families and society.

The Manager of the school and Principal of BBK DAV College for Women Dr. Pushpinder Walia, conveyed her warm greetings on the occasion of Women’s Day. Echoing the same sentiments, the Principal Dr. Pallavi Sethi underlined the importance of women as the pillars of strength, compassion, and resilience in society.
