Mr. Sim Bhullar Canadian Professional Basketball Player Visits Pingalwara

Amritsar, May 5 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Mr. Sim Bhullar Canadian Professional Basketball player who is the first player of Indian Descent in National Basketball Association (NBA) visited Pingalwara Main Branch today. Mr. Sim Bhullar said that from his childhood he has been made aware about the selfless service of Bhagat Puran Singh by his parents. On achieving the honor of NBA he wanted to come personally to Pingalwara and pay homage to epitome of selfless service He presented a cheque of Rs. 5 Lac to Pingalwara on this occasion alongwith gift items for the patients. During this visit he was accompanied by S. Sukhjinder Raj Singh Majithia (Lalli Majithia) General Secretary PPCC and other maternal family members.

           On this occasion S. Mukhtar Singh Hony. Secy. presented him Saropa and photograph of Bhagat Puran Singh Ji. S. Rajbir Singh Member Pingalwara, Col. Darshan Singh Bawa Administrator, Tilak Raj General Manager and many others were present on this occasion.
