Amritsar, July (Punjab Post Bureau) – Rolling immaculate while leaning forward and with impeccable spirit ,   Raavi Bajwa a student of class 1 of  Dps Amritsar  –  is the new  champion at Limca book of record .

            Shocked onlookers watch in awe as she rolled on skates implausibly and emerges triumphantly as a record breaker . She sets a new limca book of record covering the distance of 21.14 km in 1 hr 12 min breaking the old record Khushi Sangvi of kohlapur , Maharashtra  who earlier was the limelight in Limca book of record covering the distance of 21.14 km in 3 hrs 24 min . This daring school girl commenced this stunning attempt from Ajnala By Paas Amritsar  at 5:27 AM  and reached Wagha at 6:52 AM .  Principal of DPS Amritsar Ms Sangeeta Singh initiated the event. She flagged off the race. Her proud parents and coach were also witnessing the spectacular event where she achieved a new accomplishment

 Gracefully sliding into the history books with this unparalleled feat, Raavi is a girl with unmatchable spirit and audacity as she even continued till 26 km. Indeed this is a very proud moment for the parents Mrs. Kanwalpreet Kaur and Mr. Amritpal Singh.  “She is a prodigy. I recognized her talent very early and started training her. “ said the euphoric father“ She is an amazing student. I think she’s God’s gift.’

According to the coach Mr Vijay  she made the impossible possible with her  unrelenting pursuit of goal . ‘The rest of his flexibility is a gift from nature,’ he added.  Principal Sangeeta singh’s joy knew no bounds at this outstanding and tremendous  feat .The management , principal, teachers  and students are very proud of this small wonder and wish her a great sports carrier ahead as she has miles to go before she sleeps.
