DAV Public School Excels in Quiz

Amritsar, 2 September, (Punjab Post Bureau) – DAV Public School, Lawrence Road, Amritsar proves its mettle in Inter – School Wild Wisdom Quiz – 2015 held at The Millennium  School. The quiz was organised by WWF, India. The schools from Jammu and Kashmir and  Punjab Zone participated in the Quiz. After the written and oral rounds, the school bagged Second position in the middle level and Third position in the junior level. The Middle Level team comprised of – Tanul Manan (VIII), Nimish Sharma (VIII).  The junior level team comprised of Nahar Sekhri(V), Viraz Sood (IV). They received trophies, books, certificates and gift hampers for their excellent performance. Regional Director Amritsar Zone Dr.(Mrs.) Neelam Kamra Principal BBK DAV College for Women , Lawrence Road, Amritsar and the Manager of the school Dr.Rajesh Kumar Principal DAV College , Hathi Gate, Amritsar congratulated the students and asked them to aim for the best in future. Dr.Neera Sharma Principal of the school applauded the efforts of the students and advised them to take  part in both curricular and co – curricular activities for overall  development.
