BBK DAV College Champion in JUDO

Amritsar, Nov. 30 (Punjab Post Bureau)- Judo team of BBK DAV College for Women lifted the GNDU Inter College judo Championship Trophy with 26 Point held at GNDU, Amritsar.  The College Judokas gave splendid show by winning trophy with a great margin. Runners up GNDU Campus team got 22 point & second runners up team Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar got 10 points in this championship. College judo team won 3 Gold medals, 3 Silver medals and 2 Bronze medals. Four players selected for all India Intervarsity Judo Championship which is going to be held at GNDU Campus from 25^th to 28^th Dec. 2015. Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra, Mrs. Sweety Bala H.O.D, Sports Department felicitated the students and motivated them to maintain the good positions in future as well. Ms. Aruna Mahajan & Ms. Rajwant Kaur teachers of the Sports department congratulated the students for their achievements.
