Chhina condemned the terrorists attack at the Indian Air Force Station

Amritsar, Jan 2 (Punjab Post Bureau)- Bhartiya Janata Party vice-president Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina today strongly condemned the terrorists attack at the Indian Air Force Station at Pathankot, calling it a cowardly act by Pakistan backed Fidayeens whose motive is to destabilize the peace in the country. He expressed grief with the families of the martyrs and stated that any attempt by the terrorists to challenge the law and order situation with the similar heroic response as was shown by the brave soldiers of the defence and police forces.

Chhina also highlighted that there are various violence-oriented forces in Pakistan who did not want the peace to prevail between India and Pakistan. “Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had shown an exemplary courage to go to Pakistan in Lahore recently, which is an attempt to forge friendly ties with the neighouring country but there are forces in Pakistan which would try to derail the process’’, said he.

He said Indian forces and the police was capable enough to thwart any attempt to terrorize its citizen and border state of Punjab which has already witnessed tough times during the terrorism supported from across the border,  would pose a major challenge to counter any terrorist activities.
