Neha and Navpreet Kaur bagged merit positions in MSc (Computer Science) semester-IV

Amritsar, Feb. 24 (Punjab Post Bureau) – The students of DAV College Amritsar bagged various merit positions in the university examinations held in December 2016. In the recent results declared by the Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar, Neha and Navpreet Kaur, both Students of MSc (Computer Science)-IV bagged first and Fourth position respectively in the university examination. Neha secured 467/600 marks and bagged First position and Navpreet Kaur secured 442/600 and stood second in the university.

Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar congratulated merit holders along with their proud parents. Speaking on the occasion, Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar said that the college is proud of achievements of the students and motivated them to keep it up. He also applauded the efforts of PG Department of Computer Science and Information Technology and congratulated Dr Amardeep Gupta, Head of the Department and other faculty members of the Department. On this occasion, Prof Vikram Sharma, Prof Balram Yadav, Prof Sanjiv Dutta   Prof Kamaljit Kaur, Prof Sunny Thakural also extended their heartiest congratulation to the students.
