Sahiba Arora & Manjot Kaur of CKD Management Institute wins gold medals

Amritsar, May 16 (Punjab Post Bureau)- CKD Institute of Management and Technology (CKDIMT), Amritsar has added one more feather in its cap by bagging 8 Merit Positions in the recentlydeclared merit list of PTU, Jalandhar. Our two final year students namelySahiba Arora of MBA and Manjot Kaur of M.Sc Computer Sciencesecured first class first Position in the University examination by securing 86.73% and  85.59% respectively and both were awarded gold medalsby the University in its convocation held on 10^th May, 2016. Further Harmandeep Kaur of M.Sc Computer Science obtained 2^nd Position by securing 82.04% ; and Sharanjit Kaur and Satnam Singh  also from M.Sc Computer Science got 3^rd  and 4^th positions by securing 81.52% and 77.41%marks respectively. Besides Money Mehta and Priya both from BCA stood 3^rd and 4^th in the University Examination by getting 86.88% and 86.77% respectively. Whereas Nikhil Arora from B.Sc ATHM stood 7^th in the Merit list declaredby the PTU by getting 80.71%.

President S. Charanjit Singh ji Chadha, Member Incharge Dr. Mrs. S.K. Mahal and Principal Dr.H.S. Sandhu of CKDIMTcongratulated students and honouredthem with garlands on their glorious achievements. Theyappreciated the efforts and hard work of the students and faculty for excellent results and bringing laurels to the College. They also wished them best of luck for their future endeavours. Dean (Academic Affairs), Head of Departments and senior teachers of management and technology departments were also present on the occasion.
