Now Organic Food Court in Organic Sundays Market

Amritsar, Dec 26 (Punjab Post Bureau)-Much to the delight of people visiting the Organic Sundays market yesterday, an Organic Food Court has Been introduced with mouth-watering delicacies prepared from natural farm fresh vegetables and spices. So pleased were the visitors with the picnic ambience that many of the ladies decided to have their kitty’s Parties and others their club meets at this fest next Sunday.

            Tourists and citizens alike basked in the sunshine and celebrated Christmas at the Shahzada Nand College. Venue at Green Avenue. Natural Kulchas, “Makki roti and saag” topped with homemade white butter. Flowed freely at the venue. One of the favourites was “Gur Ki 100 mile wali chai” and Kesar Badam hot milk. Farmers were happy to see their fresh produce being converted into gourmet food at the venue. Glowing with Pride, Eco Amritsar executive Kawalpreet Singh Judge said that he kept getting calls till late evening, much after Closing for the day, asking him to extend the timing so they do not miss out on the fun & food fair. Presently The Organic Sundays fest is open from 10am to 4pm.

Gunbir Singh, President, Dilbir Foundation, expressed his satisfaction at this addition, “ Farm to Fork has truly been Achieved by the Organic Sundays Team today. Not only have we been adding more farmers to our bouquet, but Their interactions with visitors is giving confidence to both for natural food cultivation and poison free food Consumption. We are thankful to the people of Amritsar who have embraced this venture and given it Sustenance.”
