Sports summer camp concluded at Sri Guru Harkrishan Sr. Sec. Public School

Amritsar, 14 June (Punjab Post Bureau)- A 15 day long sports summer camp concluded today in Sri Guru Harkrishan Sr. Sec. Public School, Majitha Road Bypass Amritsar. 150 budding sportsperson took part in the summer camp where they trained for the various indoor and outdoor games such as Basket Ball, Football, Volley Ball, Table Tennis, tae-kwondo etc. To mark the culmination of the sports camp, a closing ceremony was conducted today . S.Lakhbir Singh Khyala- Director Sports CKD was the Chief Guest. Also present on the occasion were Members Incharge of the school S.Harminder Singh Ji and S.Manmohan Singh Sethi and Principal Mrs.Dapinder Kaur addressed the campers and emphasized on the need of such capers to hone the physical skills of the students which infact help them to learn the lessons of life such as tolerance, discipline, team spirit etc. The Chief Guest and management members congratulated the sports faculty on the successful completion of the camp. The camp concluded on a high spirit and zeal.
