Rajgir (Bihar), Mar. 4 (Punjab Post – Kaulesh) – A Heritage walk was organized with the support of
India Tourism Patna (Minstry of Tourism, Govt of India) by Tourism Task Force. The heritage walk started from Hotel Gargee Grand for the Land of Lord Krishna near Baibhar hill Rajgir.
Mr. Ajitabh Kumar Singh GM Gargee Grand Hotel said that all hoteliers are ready to arrange such awareness events for the conservation and protection of monuments. Dr. Kaulesh Kumar Secretary General of ABTO and MD Hans Holidays said that the monuments are about 5000 years old, there are ASI boards of Pala period, but neither the people nor tourists know the importance of these monuments.
Mr. Ramesh said that ASI has established a museum of so many monuments in Nalanda distict. Mr. Shashi Bhushan, Hirja Nandan, Anil Kamal and Sanjay from Teachers Union surprised to see the ruins of monuments. The Tanga Union, Doli Union, Workers Union activists also supported the campaign.
