Maximum funds allocated for the development of public school and health infrastructure – Aujla

Amritsar 4 August (Punjab Post Bureau) – Member of Parliament Gurjeet Singh Aujla conducted a meeting with ADC(D), XEN PUDA/ADA & PWD, MS GNDH, Civil Surgeon, DEO(SE), DEO(E) regarding the grants given to these departments and the status of works. Briefing about the meeting Aujla informed that he has related more than 8.21 crores for the development of hospital, schools, roads, lanes and ambulances and took a status report on the works done. He informed that along with the participation by cabinet ministers in development of Guru Nanak Dev Hospital, he has released more funds for the installation of water coolers on all floors at Guru Nanak Dev Hospital, for provision of high tech ambulance for GNDH and Civil Hospital, floor scrubbing machines for both hospitals along with the renovation of all the toilets and washing area of GNDH (funds by ministers). He further informed that he has allocated maximum funds for the development of public school and health infrastructure. Aujla also informed that he is on the top of the list of MPLAD sanctions.
