Five Days Workshop on ‘Enhancing Employability’ at Khalsa College

Amritsar, November 30 (Punjab Post Bureau) – The Training and Placement Cell of Khalsa College organized a five-day-workshop on Enhancing Employability Attributes for the final year students to guide them for placements. The students were apprised about the ways to clear the competitive examinations and sharpen their communication skills.

            Principal Dr. Mehal Singh, Prof. Harbhajan Singh, Director Training & Placement Cell welcomed resource person Jatinder Kumar, Manager at IBT and their team and emphasized the importance of these workshops as a crucial part of the academics. Jatinder Kumar guided the students on how to enhance the employability skills by explaining each and every step of the placement process.

            He focused on improving the quantitative abilities of the students, enhancing the reasoning ability and adopting new communication skills of the aspirants followed by gaining knowledge about current affairs.  Dr. Anureet Kaur, Asst. Director, Placement, Prof. Ravi Patni, Prof. Guneet Kaur and Prof. Haryali Dhillon were present.
