DAV Student Kabir Sharma Outshines in ‘Budokan Cup 2023’

Amritsar, May 7 (Punjab Post Bureau) –  It’s a matter of great pride and joy for DAV Public School Lawrence Road that its student Kabir Sharma (Std – II) participated in ‘Budokan Cup 2023‘, International Karate Championship held in Dubai on 30^th April, 2023. Where 23 countries participated with 1000 participants and 250 participants in under 7 age category.

Kabir Sharma participated in Under 7 age group and brought laurels to the school by clinching First Position in ‘Kata’ and second position in ‘Kumite’ and becoming an International Karate Champion.

Regional Officer Punjab Zone A Dr. Neelam Kamra and Dr. Pushpinder Walia the Manager of the school applauded the efforts of the student and encouraged him to always give his best.

Dr. Pallavi Sethi Principal of the school expressed her delight at Kabir’s achievement and attributed it to his dedication and hard work.
