Two days workshop on Personality development at CKDIMT

Amritsar, Feb. 17 (Manjit Kaur) – In view of an increasing and overwhelming importance of spoken and communicative English in today’s corporate world, CKD institute of Management and Technology (CKDIMT) organized two days workshop on Personality Development. The workshop was presided over by renowned motivational speaker, Mr. Rishab Gupta (Director, TIME Institute) and Mr. Vinit Kapoor (Head, English department at TIME) who have vast experience in language training.

This meticulously designed workshop included activities like English vocabulary training, pronunciation, voice modulation, accent, do’s and don’ts of Group Discussion and interview skills. Dr. Baljinder Singh, Member-Incharge and Dr. H.S. Sandhu, Principal lauded the efforts of Paramjit Singh Makkar, Head Placements for arranging to organize this unique workshop for the benefit of students. They added that students’ proficiency in spoken English and communication skills go a long way in enhancing the job prospects in various national and international organizations as well as in government sector jobs. Prof. Ramandeep Walia and Prof. Supreet Sandhu were also present on this occasion.
