Dr.  Neki honoured with IMA Medical Teacher Award for 2015

Amritsar, Dec. 29 (Punjab Post Bureau) – DR. N.S Neki Professor of Medicine, was awarded most prestigious IMA (Indian Medical Association) Medical teacher award  for the year 2015 ,  from whole of INDIA by its national President-Padam Shri Prof. DR. M.A Pillai in the 90 th annual IMA CONFERENCE (IMANATCON 2015) held at Delhi , Dec 27-28, 2015, in the presence of more than 2000 delegates attending this conference.This award was bestowed on Prof. Neki in view of his outstanding professional achievements in the field of medical sciences. DR. Neki receipient of LIMCA BOOK OF RECORDS HOLDER 2015 is having unique distinction of 4 Fellowship of Royal college of Physiciancs(FRCPs)  from 4 royal colleges-Edinbourgh, Glassgow, London, Ireland , and  for this his name was entered in Limca book  2015 edition. DR. Neki is recipient of 37 National -International Fellowships Awards, 13 orations awards  and more than 230 publications in indexed peer reviewed reputed medical nationa-international journals besides being editor/ associate editor/ editorial board member/ reviewer of many journals.  DR. V resident of Amritsar, is presently working as Profesor of Medicine at Govt. Medical College Patiala from the last few months.
