Golden Key Division Celebrated Vijay Diwas

Jalandhar, December 16 (Punjab Post Bureau)-  To celebrate the glorious victory of Indian Army over Pakistan in 1971 War, Vijay Diwas is celebrated every year on 16 Dec. On this occasion a wreath laying ceremony was organized at ‘Prerna Sthal’ in Clement Town. Brigadier Paritosh Pant, Deputy General Officer Commanding, Golden Key Division laid the wreath on behalf of all ranks of the Division. On this day India emerged victorious after 14 days of war with Pakistan and further, leading to the creation of Bangladesh. Golden Key Division celebrated Vijay Diwas by honoring the brave and courageous men who sacrificed their lives fighting for the country.
