Recruitment Rally for the Territorial Army from Five States

Jalandhar, February 20 (Punjab Post Bureau) – 112 Infantry Battalion of Territorial Army (DOGRA) will be organizing a recruitment rally for the category of Soldier General Duty 20 vacancies and tradesmen 05 vacancies at Jalandhar Cantt (DOGRA Ground) from March 6 to  March 15, 2017. Candidates hailing from Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi and Chandigarh (UT) can take part in this Rally.

Candidates from Punjab & Chandigarh (UT) will be screened on 06 March 2017, the candidates from Haryana and Delhi will be screened on March 7 and the candidates from Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir will be screened on   March 8. The age of the candidate should be between 18 to 42 years, weight minimum 50 kgs, height minimum 160 cms and the chest 77 cms with expansion 5 cms.

            Educational qualification for Soldier General Duty category should be Matriculation with minimum 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject or pass/qualified in higher class 10+2 or above and for trademen’s category 10^th simple pass.
