Talent hunt competition cum fresher’s party organized at Sri Guru Harkrishan School

Amritsar, May 21 (Punjab Post Bureau) – To enhance various literary skills and to bring out the inherent talent of the students a Talent Hunt Competition cum Fresher’s Party for class +1 was organized in the premises of Sri Guru Harkrishan Sen. Sec. Public School Majitha Road By-Pass. More than 130 students participated in it. The motive of the function was to boost their confidence level for overall personality development. Members Incharge Rajmohinder Singh Majitha, Nirmal Singh & Gurinder Singh Chawla graced the occasion with their presence. The Principal of the School Mrs. Dapinder Kaur rendered the welcome address. The gamut of various dances, song, drama, gidha, bhangra, video documentaries and various literary activities enthralled the audience. All the participants showcased their hidden talent with zeal & enthusiasm. Some of the activities performed by the students on school life, religion & social evils touched the soul of everybody. Even the judges had a brainstorming session over the neck to neck performances to come to their judgement. Members Incharge of the School motivated the students & distributed prizes & certificates to the participants of the various activities. The event concluded on a happy  notewith the vote of thanks proposed by Principal Mrs. Dapinder Kaur.
