Song & Drama Division Invites Applications for Registration of Private Cultural Troupes

Chandigarh,  June 2 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Song & Drama Division of the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India, has invited applications from private cultural troupes and casual artistes for registration with them.  Applications are invited for Regional Centres Chandigarh, Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Lucknow, Bhopal, Pune and Bangalore.  Regional Office Chandigarh  has jurisdiction of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and U.T. of  Chandigarh;  Delhi has Delhi & Haryana as its jurisdiction, while Uttrakhand & Uttar Pradesh  are under Lucknow jurisdiction.  Last date for duly completed applications to reach the concerned Regional Office is June, 26, 2017.   Details are available in the Rozgar Samachar/Employment News of 20-26 May, 2017.
