Amritsar, 14 June (Punjab Post Bureau) – Guru Nanak Dev University has announced the counseling schedule for B.Tech. Admissions
based on JEE(Mains) – 2017. The counseling for B.Tech courses for general category will start from June 19 at 9.30 am onwards on the basis of JEE-2017 Mains All India CRL Rank. Similarly counseling for reserved categories will be held on June 22 and 23. The Counselling will be held in the Conference Hall, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Bhawan of the University.
Prof. Subodh Kumar, Dean Academic Affairs said that the detailed counseling schedule is available on University website www.gnduadmissions.org or www.gndu.ac.in. He said that candidates should bring in person duly filled Counselling Performa as available on website, printed copy of Online Application Form and their original certificates along with the attested photocopies of Matric, +2 DMC, Character Certificate, Migration Certificate, Residence Certificate, Reserved Category Certificate (if Reserved Category claimed), JEE(Mains)-2017 Admit Card, JEE(Mains)-2017 All India CRL Rank / Score Card, Original fee slip of Counselling Fee Rs. 2000/- and two latest photographs and fees for Ist Semester (approx. Rs.59,000/- to be deposited on the spot either through Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / Cash).
He said that the specimen of the residence certificate is available in University prospectus Annexure-VII on University website. He said that all admissions made will be provisional. If at any stage, any information furnished by the candidate is found to be fabricated or false, his/her admission will be cancelled.
