Military Equipment Displayed at Meerut Cantonment

Jalandhar, Aug 18 (Punjab Post Bureau) – On the occasion of 70^th Independence Day a military equipment display was organised at Kulwant Singh Stadium Meerut Cantonment on 17^th and 18^th August 2017 under aegis of Pine Infantry Division. The event attracted a large number of students and youth across the city. The event was also used as platform to attract and encourage the youth to join the Defence Forces. The event showcased a large number of Infantry, Artillery and Armoured equipment as also provided information on various entries available to join the forces. The event was extremely successful in providing a unique, unforgettable and a motivational experience to the youth and in increasing their awareness of their Defence Forces.
