Youth Festival of Govt/Constituent Colleges & Associate Institute from Sept. 25

Amritsar, Sept. 22 (Punjab Post Bureau) – The Guru Nanak Dev University would organize Zonal Youth Festival of Government Colleges, Constituent Colleges & Associate Institutes from September 25 to 28. The festival would start with the item of Bhangra.

            Dr. Jagjit Kaur, Director said that on September 25 after bhangra, the items of group Shabad/Bhajan, Group Song (Indian), Classical Instrumental Percussion, Classical Vocal, Vaar Singing, Kavishri, Painting, Cartooning, Poster Making, Photography, Collage, Clay Modeling, Installation would be held. On September 26, items of Costume Exhibition, Mime, Mimicry, Skit, Geet/Gazal, Folk Song, Rangoli, Phulkari, Poetical Symposium, Allocution and on September 27, One Act Play, General Dance, Western Vocal Solo, Western Group Song, Quiz and Debate would be held. On final day i.e. September 28, the items of Classical Dance and Gidha would be organized.
