DAV College won Inter College Lawn Tennis Tournament

Amritsar, Sept. 29 (Punjab Post Bureau) – DAV College won Inter College Lawn Tennis tournament which was held at DAV International School from September 25-27. College students showed an extra ordinary performance during the competition. Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar congratulated the students and Dr. BB Yadav, Head department of Sports and Physical Education. He also applauded the achievements of sports persons Suraj Kumar, Simranjit Singh, Abhinav Sharma, Mayank Gupta and Ranjeet. While giving information about the competition, Dr. BB Yadav said that College won first position leaving behind its competitors D.A.V College, Jalandhar and Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar. He also told that his students Mr. Suraj Kumar and Mr. Simranjit singh also got selected for All India Intervarsity Lawn Tennis Competition. Dr. Vikas Bhardwaj, Dr. Sadeep Sharma, Prof. Davinder singh also congratulated students for their extraordinary performance.
