DAV Public Student Clinches Mega Award in International Painting Competition

Amritsar, Feb. 28 (Punjab Post Bureau) – It’s a matter of immense pride for DAV Public School, Lawrence Road that its student Bhavya Pahwa ( Std XI) bagged the Mega award, a trip to USA , in the International Painting Competition “Creative Masters III’ organised by ICICI Bank. Participants of all age groups participated in this event. Jury members declared a winner for each group and one Mega Prize. Bhavya Pahwa won both, the group prize and the Mega Prize. He was felicitated by Mrs. Chanda Kochhar CEO of ICICI Bank .

Regional Director Punjab Zone –A Dr. Neelam Kamra and the Manager of the bank Dr. Rajesh Kumar congratulated the student for his magnificient performance and blessed him for future endeavours. Dr. Neera Sharma, Principal of the school also applauded and congratulated the student for his commendable achievement. She expressed her joy and advised him to keep up his good work.
