Dr. Singh agreed to share his research work for the reference library – Aujla

PPN0704201811Amritsar, Apr. 7 (Punjab Post Bureau) – MP Gurjeet Singh Aujla met former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and sought his guidance in establishment of ‘Dr. Manmohan Singh International Digital Library’ at Amritsar. During the visit of Dr. Manmohan Singh to Amritsar, this matter was discussed with him and consent was requested. Aujla said that Dr. Singh agreed to share his research work for the reference library and also offered all the help to establishment the library. He said that Dr. Singh has also agreed to forward the proposal to the state government and endorse the project. Aujla further added that he willl meet Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh in this regard and will request him to approve this proposal and begin the execution on fast track. He informed that district administration has also identified a few locations for this library and is working on the resolutions. He said that he will personally assure that this library be identified as an international standard establishment equipped with state of the art equipment.
