49TH KVS Regional Sports Meet 2018-19 held in KVNo.1 Amritsar Cantt

Amritsar, May 2 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1 celebrated its 3day -49^th KVS Regional Sports Meet. About 350 boys & girls from different KVs of Chandigarh region took part in the meet. There were about 60 teams along with their escorts who took part in games: Taekwondo, Boxing, judo & Skating. All the participants got participation certificates and winners got medals. The participants who bagged first positions were selected for KVS National Sports Meet which will be held in September. The Principal Mrs. Rashmi Shukla congratulated the winners and blessed all the participants. All the members of KVNo.1 Amritsar worked as a team to make the programme a success.
