Revenue Minister orders probe in Naib-Tehsildars transfer

Chandigarh, February 27 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Punjab Revenue, Disaster Management and Rehabilitation Minister Mr. Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria today ordered an inquiry into negligence in transfer of Naib Tehsildars. According to some media reports two retired and two died Naib Tehsildars have also been named in the transfer list.

          Taking serious note of this matter, Revenue Minister today ordered the Additional Chief Secretary-cum-FCR to conduct an departmental inquiry within stipulate time. Directing the ACS-cum-FCR to submit the probe report till Friday, Mr. Sarkaria said that officials who found to be guilty would have to face the action.
