Fancy Dress programme of 1st standard held in Sri Guru Harkrishan Sr. Sec. School

 Amritsar, Sept 13 (Manjit Kaur) – A Fancy Dress programme of the students of First standard was held in Sri Guru Harkrishan Sr. Sec. Public School, G. T. Road. Children were atlired in different dresses. Some were dressed as food item, dresses out of which few were healthy and other were unhealthy to create awareness about hygenic food. They were also dressed as Teachers, Pilot, Airhostess and Postman. To create environmental sensitivity some of the children were dressed as The Sun, The Stars, The Sky and Mother Earth. Main attraction of the show was wild and domestic animal which entertained the students. Bakhshish Kaur of Class First spoke beautifully as a Air Hostess, another was Ashwin who was attired as Singh. It was very lively show which was highly appreciated and enjoyed by S. Harminder Singh, S. Navpreet Singh Managers of the school. Principal Dr. DharamVeer Singh said that such shows develop confidence among the students. Supervisor Mrs. Kiranjot Kaur took keen interest and motivated the tiny tots.
